Modern Resources was founded in late 2012 with a vision to bring a ‘modern’ approach to all aspects of the energy industry.

“Set the Precedent” summarizes our vision to be the industry leader in health & safety, environmental stewardship, community involvement, employee fulfillment, as well as in financial and operational performance.

Through our two major shareholders, ARC Financial Corp. and EnCap Investments L.P., Modern has raised $432 million in equity. Under the guidance of a seasoned management team and experienced board of directors, Modern has amassed a top tier, highly concentrated, integrated asset base in the Deep Basin. Modern is positioned for success with a strong balance sheet, low operating costs, owned infrastructure and established access to market.

Built to succeed in a low commodity price, resource play world, Modern Resources is well on its way to achieving its corporate vision of creating a modern day energy company.
